We want you to be thrilled with your Celestial Explorer - Gold Plan package from Wish Upon A Star. If you are not completely satisfied, please review our return policy below.

• Return Window

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, minus the original shipping fee.

• Condition of Returned Items

  • Items must be returned in unused and original condition with all included components (telescope, hoodie, certificate, etc.). We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or damage.

• Personalized Items

  • Due to the customized nature of the certificate and QR code hoodie, these items are non-refundable unless there is a defect in manufacturing.

• Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with a photo and description of the issue. We’ll arrange for a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.

• Return Shipping

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged or defective item.

• Refund Processing

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
